Dispute Resolution & Litigation

Mitigating risk and finding solutions to challenges

Disputes can be stressful and all consuming.  Our approach is to partner with you to create a strategic solution that best suits you.

Our team has a long track record having been involved in some of the largest and most complex commercial disputes not only in South Australia and the Northern Territory but also elsewhere in Australia and overseas.

Litigation can be costly and our team is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution from arbitration, informal conferences and mediation.  Going to Court should be a last resort but if you have to we have the expertise from trial to appeals all the way to the High Court.

We have a diverse client base, reflecting our deep involvement with a number of different industries. We regularly advise on risk management in the health resources, defence, financial services and wine sectors, combining with our industry specialist lawyers where appropriate to ensure you have the best team for the job.

How can we help you?

Our team has experience in all relevant jurisdictions including arbitrations, mediations, trial work at all levels, administrative and disciplinary tribunals, and appeals in all relevant jurisdictions.

Our Pricing Structure

Recognising that ‘not one size fits all’, we are amenable to a range of alternate pricing options. We are prepared to discuss your needs and negotiate a pricing structure that will suit the issues that you are facing and your desired outcome.
