Lisa is a widely recognised and highly regarded property and hospitality lawyer. Lisa brings with her an exceptional team including Kate Lewis, Special Counsel; Nicola Fortune, Conveyancer and Isabel Palmer, Law Clerk.
Lisa and her team have a wealth of experience across all aspects of property law, with a particular focus on complex commercial property transactions, lease negotiations, subdivision and land development and wine and hospitality matters.
The team’s collective experience and expertise further strengthens Finlaysons Lawyers as Adelaide’s go-to firm for property-related legal matters. Finlaysons Property team now boast 4 Partners, 9 Lawyers, Paralegal and 3 Conveyancers – taking the team to 17 and continuing Finlaysons’ standing as South Australia’s largest and most experienced commercial property law provider.

Lisa Harrington, Partner: As an experienced property lawyer, Lisa’s expertise is predominately in property, however she has extensive experience across broader commercial matters, including general commercial, hospitality and agriculture. Bringing with her more than 15 years of experience, Lisa acts on behalf of a wide range of clients, working closely with them to determine their legal business needs. Lisa is also member of the Urban Development Institute of South Australia and serves on the Planning Committee.
Kate Lewis, Special Counsel: Kate Lewis is a highly respected lawyer, specialising in complex commercial property transactions, lease negotiations and a range of general commercial matters.
Nicola Fortune, Conveyancer: Nicola Fortune joins Finlaysons as conveyancer with experience in simple and complex contract and special conditions preparation, Form 1 preparation, division and other lands titles office documentation and residential and commercial settlements.
Isabel Palmer, Law Clerk: will support the team’s operations and will contribute to the seamless functioning of the team, assisting in all elements of commercial, property and hospitality transactions.
