Ryan’s expertise includes commercial leasing, property-related dispute resolution, shopping centre expansion and re-development as well as acquisitions, disposals and due diligence. He has also acted in the establishment of numerous wind farms and advised on the sale of wind farm assets and associated rights for two of the largest wind farms in South Australia.
Representing a major Australian mining company, Ryan undertook complex negotiations with various South Australian government departments for the construction of a private road to service a large mine. He also acted for a major international fuel company in relation to service station sites.
Ryan’s outcome-driven and diligent approach reassures his clients that he is committed to achieving their goals even when the matter is complex or deadlines are tight.
