With over 30 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, James has acted for most of the major national, international and regional banks in Australia as well as other large financial institutions. James specialises in corporate insolvency, restructuring and recovery work, representing clients in secured and unsecured recovery matters, recovery from corporate and individual guarantors and a wide range of lending operations.

James has been part of many of South Australia’s most complex insolvency administrations. He acts for all of Australia’s major corporate insolvency practitioners and also with administrators and liquidators in restructuring, investigation and recovery of assets and public examinations of company officers.
