Experience
- Acting for vendors and purchasers in respect of significant transactions for the sale and purchase of commercial, retail, industrial, residential (including bundled apartment sales), agricultural, and proposed development sites.
- Acting for property developers in their Torrens and community titled developments, including large-scale CBD and city-fringe residential and mixed use apartment developments, and assisting with the preparation of development agreements, residential land sale contracts and special conditions, encumbrances, by-laws and scheme documents.
- Advising landlords and tenants on their interests, rights and obligations under lease agreements, and assisting with drafting and negotiating with counterparties surrounding the same.
- Preparing a wide range of land registry forms and assisting clients with registration issues, including in respect of land divisions, caveats and other time-sensitive situations.
- Attending to the conveyancing and settlement of many land types in South Australia and interstate, including the completion of high-value and complex commercial and agricultural conveyancing matters.
- Water rights, leasing and licencing, and irrigation access, supply transactional sales.
