Emily specialises in litigation in the insurance and workplace space, in particular, contractual disputes, professional indemnity and personal injury (including medical negligence, defence, public liability and CTP recoveries).

- Providing advice on complex commercial industrial disputes for large national and international companies.
- Providing advice as an inhouse solicitor for an professional indemnity insurer.
