Mark specialises in defending catastrophic motor accident claims and he has also practised in the fields of professional indemnity, general insurance and administrative law.

Experience
Mark specialises in the defence of compulsory third party (CTP) claims, general insurance claims and coronial inquests and regularly advises on risk management strategies. Mark appears in all related jurisdictions including representing parties in mediations as part of the firm’s recognition of the need to identify cost effective solutions to legal problems.
Mark has managed many catastrophic claims and is acutely aware of the impact they can have for all parties involved.
