Kylie is a dual-qualified senior commercial and corporate lawyer with over 15 years’ experience across private practice and in-house roles in Australia and the United Kingdom. Known for her strategic mindset and commercial acumen, Kylie delivers clear, practical legal advice that integrates seamlessly with commercial objectives. She is recognised for her collaborative, down-to-earth, solutions-focused approach and her ability to support high-value, large-scale projects across the energy, infrastructure, defence and government sectors.
Kylie began her legal career in Adelaide before gaining international experience in London across both private practice and in-house roles. She has since held senior legal positions in major Australian cities, advising across a range of industries.
Kylie’s work has included managing complex commercial and legal matters for renewable energy, infrastructure and defence projects across the Asia Pacific. Now based in Adelaide, Kylie draws on her broad cross-sector and cross-jurisdictional experience to provide strategic, outcome-driven legal support tailored to her clients’ needs.
Experience
Kylie advises on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including major contracts, procurement, compliance, risk and governance. She brings deep insight into in-house legal functions and understands the importance of aligning legal advice with business priorities.
She has significant experience in:
- Supporting the full lifecycle of complex, large-scale infrastructure, energy and defence projects
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on major commercial agreements, including EPCs, O&M agreements and procurement frameworks
- Advising on subcontractor arrangements, project delivery structures and contract management
- Providing guidance on legal obligations, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance
- Supporting internal legal functions with dispute resolution, governance, policy development, training, templates and procedures
- Assisting boards and executive teams with strategic legal advice, board papers and company secretariat functions
