The profound impact of the measures being taken to contain the spread of COVID-19 is creating a host of issues and implications for businesses and their employees

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation, including all relevant public health orders and Government mandates, and will adapt our position as the situation develops. Our primary focus will remain the welfare and wellbeing of Finlaysons’ employees and clients at all times. Nothing is more important than making sure we have the necessary controls in place to undertake our work safely.

On and from Monday 10 January 2022, as a condition of attending at our offices, Finlaysons will require all partners, employees, clients and other visitors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless an applicable exemption applies. If you are unable to attend in person, please contact us so we can make alternative arrangements that are suitable to your requirements.

While vaccination is a personal choice, Finlaysons appreciates your understanding and endorsement of our decision.

As always, the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, clients and visitors to our offices is our highest priority. We are monitoring the situation constantly and making changes to our work policy as necessary.
