- Advising on insolvency matters, including acting in insolvency litigation
- Advising on securities enforcement and debt recovery
- Drafting business sale transaction documents and shareholder agreements
- Advising on other commercial matters including issues relating to the Australian Consumer Law, the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth), managed investment schemes, Australian financial services licences and disclosure requirements for financial products
