Libby has experience acting for both insurers and injured persons in personal injury litigation, workers compensation, medical negligence and public liability claims
Libby advises insurers in relation to CTP claims arising from motor vehicle accidents. She has experience in matters involving liability disputes, major and catastrophic injuries, fraud and workers compensation recoveries. Libby is skilled in identifying and weighing the strengths and weaknesses of claims and this enables her to achieve excellent commercial outcomes for her clients.
