Jane Welsh

Senior Associate

Jane is a Senior Associate at Finlaysons and is a valued member of the firm’s resources team, particularly given her dual law and geology qualifications and work experience which enable her to fully understand both the legal and technical aspects of our resources clients’ requirements.

Jane has worked on a variety of resources industry matters including native title and Aboriginal heritage matters. Jane has been seconded to a major resources client for an extended period, where she was instrumental in the development of an approvals matrix and a retention lease application for that client.
