David has over 34 years of experience in personal injury litigation including 28 years with worker’s compensation in the Northern Territory.
Clients value David’s ability to provide timely, accurate and pragmatic advice on complex insurance, workplace relations and health and safety issues.
His clients include:
- many of the approved insurers in the Northern Territory,
- the most significant self insurer, the Northern Territory of Australia;
- the Nominal Insurer.
David practiced in Adelaide for 10 years before moving to Darwin in 1995 where he joined a leading local firm and became partner in 2002. In 2013 David became a partner of a leading national firm before joining Finlaysons in 2024.
