Mark is joint head of our Insurance practice area and has more than 25 years’ experience in insurance law and civil litigation. He understands that case outcomes can be driven by many different issues. Mark’s strength is risk management – he skilfully weighs up his client’s options and alternatives and the strengths and weaknesses on all sides to negotiate the best outcome for his client.

Mark specialises in the defence of compulsory third party (CTP) claims, general insurance, workers compensation, medical negligence, employment matters and asbestos claims. He has worked closely with clients in the private and public sectors interstate and in South Australia.
