Lan knows that clients are looking for practical, real world solutions. Her experience, which includes working on client secondments and with in-house counsel across various industries, means she provides clients with commercially-relevant and accessible advice.

Mainly working in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property (IP), Lan has acted for major corporates in asset and share sales (including related due diligence), reconstructions, commercial contracting and managed investment schemes.
