She is an experienced litigator, who has represented clients in commercial and intellectual property disputes involving a diverse range of industries and areas of law. She also specialises in providing strategic risk management and corporate assistance and advice.

Background
Kirsten works with clients across a range of sectors, including financial services, energy and resources, property / infrastructure, construction and engineering, wine, agribusiness, defence, education and research, technology and sport.
Kirsten has conducted contractual disputes, company, director and shareholder disputes, matters involving the Corporations Act, Australian Competition and Consumer Act (including misleading and deceptive conduct claims) and ASIC Act, professional liability claims, negligence claims, product liability claims and management of product recalls, defamation claims, enforcement of confidentiality obligations, debt recovery and security enforcement actions, proceedings involving statutory offences and prosecutions, urgent injunction and Freezing Order applications (and resulting proceedings) and and regulatory issues.
Experience
Kirsten ‘s experience spans the High Court, Federal Court, Supreme, District and Magistrates’ Courts, as well as the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. She is also skilled in the effective deployment of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes such as mediation, arbitration and expert determination.
She has completed secondments within a major listed resources company and a State sporting organisation.
