Jessica has extensive experience in assisting clients with State and Federal taxation matters, including providing advice on tax-effective structuring and asset protection strategies, applying for rulings from taxation and revenue authorities, lodging objections and appeals against assessments, acting for taxpayers in tax audits and negotiating with tax authorities.

She has a broad range of interests including international taxation, structuring, trust taxation, asset protection, small business taxation issues including restructuring and the Capital Gains Tax (CGT) small business concessions, GST, stamp duty, and wine equalisation tax (WET).

Jessica is a valued member of our Tax and Revenue team, her accounting experience her an excellent asset for our clients, giving her an edge when it comes to chasing tax savings. Our business and accounting clients also appreciate that she is able to speak their language and really understand issues from their perspective.

Jessica works with a variety of clients, including individuals, small businesses, national and international enterprises, ASX-listed companies, charities, their accountants and professional advisers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of law and commerce (major in accounting) (hons)
  • Certificate in Applied Tax from The Tax Institute (TTI)
