Fiona is a Special Counsel in our Insurance practice area. She has over 30 years of experience working in insurance and civil litigation, including three years in the civil service of the Crown Solicitors Office.

Experience
Fiona specialises in the defence of medical negligence, asbestos exposure and public liability claims and is frequently involved in complex and multi-partnered litigation. She represents insurers within the Workers Compensation Tribunal of South Australia and the New South Wales Dust Diseases Tribunal in relation to asbestos claims.
Often dealing with highly complicated matters involving many different parties, Fiona strives to apply her legal knowledge and experience to negotiate balanced outcomes. She seeks the most practical and positive resolution offered by the law, and her timely and pragmatic approach helps her efficiently achieve her client’s objectives.
