Experience
Lisa is experienced in all aspects of financing transactions, having acted for all major Australian banks, as well as regional and other lenders. As technology capabilities continue to advance throughout the finance sector, Lisa has supported her clients in navigating Financial Technologies (FinTech) and emerging opportunities in this rapidly evolving space.
Lisa has specific expertise in advising on and preparing facility and security documentation, restructuring and work outs, debt recovery and securities enforcement. She also acts in large insolvency administrations for financiers and insolvency practitioners, providing commercially astute advice on wide ranging issues and transactions.
